TOTP Man Hates S Club Juniors

Top of the Pops producer says he hates S Club Juniors and doesn’t want them on the show. “I’ll have to put them on the show, but it’s not because I’m a big fan,” said Michael Kelpie.

“The record company has done such a good job of promoting them everyone has bought their single.” Michael Kelpie said if they reached the top spot, or even number two, he’d be forced to have them on the show. And in Sunday’s chart that’s exactly what happened. The micro popsters reached number two with One Step Closer only missing out to the Sugababes’ new single, Freak Like Me. “Begrudgingly, I’ll have to put them on,” said Michael.

If you don’t hate the Juniors, they will be on TOTP on Friday 3rd May!
